Parsberg, Germany, October 14, 2010 – 3D Systems (NASDAQ: TDSC) and netfabb, today announced that 3D Systems has entered into an agreement with netfabb GmbH to resell its entire netfabb Studio and Cloud Solutions software with its 3D Production Systems, 3Dproparts™ and 3D Printers world-wide.
Under this agreement 3D Systems will resell all versions of netfabb Studio, netfabb Engine, netfabb Special Projects, netfabb Cloud Solution products and Cloud Solutions Systems Integration Services. Both companies will participate in co-promotional activities and collaborate for the purpose of market development and product enhancement.
